We are looking for a Serviceberater (m/w/d) to join our team at Porsche Zentrum Hannover. As a Serviceberater, you will be responsible for ensuring a professional and exclusive customer experience. You will be the primary point of contact for customers in the service department and will represent the Porsche brand and the dealership.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Handling daily service tasks according to the workshop plan and customer requests
- Providing comprehensive service advice to customers, including explanations at the vehicle
- Accepting and delivering vehicles, as well as issuing invoices
- Advising and selling Porsche original accessories and services
- Ensuring customer satisfaction in the premium segment
- Maximizing workshop utilization
Requirements:
- Relevant experience as a Serviceberater
- Proficiency in using service-related tools and software
- Customer-oriented thinking and behavior
- Good organizational skills, high stress tolerance, flexibility, and concentration
- Responsibility, assertiveness, reliability, and initiative
Preferred qualifications:
- Technical education and successful experience as a Serviceberater
- Possession of a valid driver's license (class B)
- Certification as a Geprüfter Automobil Serviceberater (GASB) by the Kfz-Innung and/or the ZDK
