Senior People Systems Analyst

The mining industry faces challenges in finding new ore deposits, requiring over 10 times more capital than 30 years ago. KoBold Metals addresses this issue by building AI models for mineral exploration.

As a Senior People Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for building and maintaining systems, contributing to process execution, and ensuring smooth administration and analysis of People data.

Responsibilities:

• Principal configurator of all Workday modules, reports, and business processes
• Architect HR data across all places where it exists
• Manage administration of review cycles within and outside of Workday
• Manage HR-related integrations in collaboration with IT
• Serve as point of contact for HR systems questions
• Configure and maintain security roles and permissions
• Partner with internal teams to build reporting and tools that leverage HR data
• Contribute to entry and management of employee data

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Workday configuration and administration
• Expertise in Workday, Excel, and data analysis
• Strong project management and communication skills
• First-principles thinker with intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn
• Experience with AI, automation, and advanced analytical platforms
• Valid passport and willingness to travel for work

The US base salary range for this full-time exempt position is $90,000 - $160,000, plus equity and benefits including 401k matching.
