Drive best-in-class beverage logistics by steering high-performing 3PL partnerships, embedding sustainability into every transport decision, ensuring seamless and cost-effective pallet flows, and shaping future-ready logistics networks that deliver outstanding service to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Drive 3PL performance through data and KPIs: Define and implement relevant KPIs to track 3PL performance, monitor agreed KPIs, and provide clear, data-based recommendations to the 3PL Logistics team.
- Lead sustainable logistics and transport optimisation: Develop sustainability initiatives in collaboration with Logistics Technology, identify environmentally friendly transportation routes, and lead their implementation with 3PL partners.
- Optimise logistics cost structure: Continuously analyse, verify, and improve logistics cost development and cost structure, maintain and upload rate tables in the Transport Management (TM) system.
- Manage pallet ops and support new partner onboarding: Execute pallet management activities, monitor CHEP and IPP systems, control costs, and support the onboarding of new pallet management partners.
- Provide logistics insights for network design and expansion: Provide quantitative and qualitative logistics input to the Network Design team, evaluate regionalisation and expansion requests from a logistics perspective.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience or specialized qualification in logistics/supply chain management, ideally within an FMCG environment
- Proven experience in end-to-end process management, preferably in FMCG logistics operations
- Strong critical thinking skills, highly analytical and data-driven, comfortable working with large data sets and deriving actionable insights
- Advanced user of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
