Senior Solution Architect (Thailand)

Elastic is searching for a Senior Solutions Architect for the ASEAN territory. This role will be based in Singapore and requires occasional travels to Thailand to support Enterprise and Strategic customer accounts.

As a Senior Solutions Architect at Elastic, you will serve as a technical authority and trusted advisor to the sales team, customers, partners, and community. You will understand and tackle customers' business issues with the Elastic Stack, engage the regional Elastic community through events and programs, and enable sales through Partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical point of contact for accounts and account managers in the assigned territory.
• Develop a deep understanding of customers' goals and objectives, and articulate how Elastic's offerings address their needs.
• Create and own value-based relationships at all levels in customer organizations.
• Participate actively in all phases of planning and execution for the territory, from initial discovery to the technical win.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Elastic products and solutions to demonstrate their value in sales meetings and events.
• Advise the sales team on effective ways to position Elastic products, solutions, and services.
• Onboard, educate, and enable partners, and support them in sales cycles.
• Create collateral, contribute to programs, and collaborate with other Elasticians to meet individual client needs.
• Be the voice of the customer and community to communicate needs, gaps, and enhancements to engineering and leadership teams.
• Deepen both sales and technical skills through self-driven education and professional development opportunities provided by Elastic.

Requirements

• A track record of success in a technical presales role, with enough experience selling and implementing technology to earn customers' trust.
• A proven track record to articulate and sell the benefits of modern platforms, software, and technologies.
• A passion for being curious and a continuous learner, investing in oneself and professional relationships.
• A history of successful customer relations, developing an understanding of what made a difference, and devising architectures that helped meet goals, tackle problems, or outpace competitors.
• The ability to influence and inspire groups, both large and small.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both English and native Thai.
• Willingness to travel frequently internationally (Thailand).
