Patient Care Tech

We are seeking a Patient Care Tech to join our team at HCA Florida Palms West Hospital. As a Patient Care Tech, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse. Your duties will include taking vital signs, assisting with bathing and dressing patients, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

This is a full-time position working days (rotating weekends). You will be part of a dynamic team that is committed to providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse
• Take vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
• Assist with bathing and dressing patients
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the nursing staff

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
