Program and Operations Lead – Silicon Co-Design Group

We're looking for an experienced Program & Operations Lead to join our Silicon Co-Design Group. As a Program & Operations Lead, you will be responsible for managing the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of operational data covering contractor management, financials, and lab programs. You will present this data as clear options and recommendations to leadership, enabling them to make well-informed decisions.

Your duties will include owning contractor lifecycle operations from start to finish, engaging directly with vendor program managers on candidate shortlisting, onboarding documents, and onboarding execution. You will also collate and coordinate all team spending requests, capturing priority, justification, and budget impact, and manage the approvals workflow and maintain a real-time tracker of forecasted versus actual spend across categories.

Additionally, you will program-manage lab buildouts end-to-end in partnership with Real Estate & Site Services, owning project plans, achievement tracking, and cross-functional coordination across power, cooling, networking, safety, and equipment delivery. You will also manage vendor relationships for lab equipment, services, and tooling, tracking deliverables, SLAs, and invoices, and gathering performance data and presenting options to leadership for renewals, blocking issues, or vendor changes.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Business, or Operations Management, accompanied by over 5 years in program management, business operations, or a data-focused operations position within a technology or semiconductor firm. You will also need to have demonstrated experience managing contractor operations, strong financial acumen, and proficiency with program management tools, data and reporting tools, and financial systems.
