We're looking for a skilled Release Train Engineer to join our Systems and Core Architecture team at Ford. As a Release Train Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and developing a small team of engineering project managers, owning the operating model and delivery health of the SCA Agile Release Train, and driving ART-level delivery and architecture execution. This role requires strong leadership and technical skills, as well as experience with Agile methodologies and SAFe principles. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including tech platform teams, tech strategy teams, and engineering and validation teams, to ensure that the SCA Agile Release Train is aligned with the overall business strategy and goals. Key responsibilities include: Leading and developing a small team of engineering project managers Owning the operating model and delivery health of the SCA Agile Release Train Driving ART-level delivery and architecture execution Translating SCA strategy into coordinated, multi-team delivery plans Maintaining visibility into ART-level dependencies, program risks, scope changes, and milestone commitments Connecting the SCA ART to adjacent trains, Tech Platform teams, and Tech Strategy teams * Supporting delivery from architecture definition and system design through implementation, validation, launch, OTA evolution, and lifecycle support If you have a passion for leading and developing high-performing teams, and a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SAFe principles, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
