Description
As a Technical Sourcer at Palantir, you'll support Talent Strategists and Hiring Managers in building pipelines and managing processes for hard-to-fill roles. You'll source passive candidates through direct outreach, referral networks, research, and sourcing tools. You'll review inbound applicants and referrals, screening candidates with a genuine eye for fit, not just credentials. You'll maintain meticulous candidate records within our ATS and share pipeline data and market insights with the broader Talent team proactively.

To succeed in this role, you'll need 1+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, talent-spotting, or a recruiting-adjacent role. You'll have experience using an ATS to source, track, and manage candidates. You'll have extraordinary interpersonal skills and an instinct for building relationships quickly.
