The Porsche Centre Rosenheim sells Porsche, one of the most successful sports car brands in the world. Our goal is to continue this success and provide optimal customer service. To strengthen our team, we are offering a position as Service Assistant/Receptionist.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure professional customer contact and exclusive customer service in our Porsche Centre
• Receive, greet, and care for our customers
• Manage appointment scheduling
• Handle phone calls and order intake
• Operate the cash register
• Support the service team with organisational and commercial tasks

Requirements:

• Successful completion of commercial training - but lateral entrants are also welcome
• Experience in a car dealership is beneficial
• Proficient use of common MS Office applications
• Structured and independent work style
• Confident, friendly demeanour and pronounced customer orientation
• High quality and time orientation
