Engineering Co-Op Fall

Job Summary

We have a rewarding opportunity as an Engineering Co-Op at Valvoline Global Operations. As a Co-op, you will work in our Cincinnati Manufacturing Plant, sharing responsibilities with Plant Engineering, EH&S, and Operations. Your primary focus will be on project work, including implementing new software, developing and implementing continuous improvement projects, small capital projects, and data analytics.

Responsibilities Include

• Participate and lead process and safety improvement projects in a production and packaging environment.
• Support global operations and the COE in software evaluation, design, and implementation for manufacturing supply chain improvements.
• Deliver project results and presentations to stakeholders and upper management.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Foundation in process engineering skills, project management, and cross-functional process development.
• Lean Six Sigma or Toyota Production System knowledge.
• Experience working in data analytics and data visualization.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Duration

This is a 12-week on-site internship from August to December at our plant in Cincinnati, OH.
