Senior NPN Program Operations Analyst

As a key member of the NVIDIA Partner Network (NPN) Organization, you will work on sophisticated business opportunities across multiple functions to improve overall process/operations and increase the ease of doing business with NVIDIA.

Responsibilities:

• Own key business processes and platforms end-to-end, taking full accountability for the systems and workflows you're assigned.
• Lead sophisticated, multi-functional projects independently, driving initiatives from collaborator intake through requirements, solution development, building, testing, and deployment.
• Translate business strategy into operational reality, determining how to turn new requirements and initiatives into scalable systems and processes.
• Make decisions based on data, using program data, partner metrics, and operational signals to diagnose problems and evaluate tradeoffs.
• Apply AI and automation to reduce manual effort, seeking opportunities to improve operations using AI tools, automated workflows, and smarter system development.
• Serve as a domain expert at every level of the organization, communicating effectively with leadership, developers, and partners.

Requirements:

• 12+ years of experience in channel partner programs, business operations, or a related function at a global high-technology company.
• Ability to run large, sophisticated projects from start to finish without close supervision.
• Strong requirements and documentation skills, able to turn unclear customer needs into clear BRDs, actionable Jira stories, and QA plans.
• Analytical proficiency sufficient to drive decisions, able to interrogate data and identify the signal in the noise.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and automation approaches.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
