Description

We are looking for a driven individual to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment as a Chip Factory Planner. As part of the Silicon Operation team, you will work closely with master scheduling teams and key chip subcontractors to ensure daily and weekly production schedules are executed as planned.

Your responsibilities will include: Acting as a link between master scheduling teams and key chip subcontractors to ensure daily and weekly production schedules are executed as planned. Clarifying issues related to specs, business processes, and data variances by communicating between internal departments and external partners. Working with other silicon operations teams to fine-tune production best practices and improve subcontractors' performance. Monitoring subcontractors' performance continuously to ensure all KPI targets are met. Hosting weekly meetings with operations team senior management to discuss subcontractors' overall performance and propose corrective action plans. Collaborating with program managers and engineers to ensure factories successfully carry out complex engineering experiments and fulfill engineering unit demand. Providing suggestions to management teams on how to pursue a higher performance level on key performance indexes.

To succeed in this role, you will need: 5+ years of working experience in the semiconductor planning field. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration or equivalent experience in semiconductor planning. Good communication, problem-solving, collaboration, organizational, and quantitative skills. Proficiency in business software applications such as Microsoft Office, Excel VBA, SAP, Windchill, and E2Open. Excellent English skills in reading, writing, speaking, and listening. Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-starter with a strong sense of ownership.
