Ford Business Solutions is looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to join the Ford Customer Service (FCSD) Finance team in Szentendre, Hungary.
Responsibilities
The Senior Finance Analyst will be responsible for:
- Budget and Business Plan Development: Consolidating budget input and supporting reviews with European and global teams.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Supporting financial close processes, including consolidation of actuals, gap analysis, reserve calculation, and forecasting.
- Partnering and Counselling: Working closely with operational business partners and local management to provide business advice on cost and revenue management.
- Internal Control: Ensuring the robustness of internal control processes and approval authorities.
- Financial Analysis and Decision Making: Reviewing and analyzing financial data to support operations and finance management.
- Strategy Execution: Supporting the implementation of strategies and new business initiatives.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in finance.
- Strong English skills and confidence working in an international environment.
- Accounting knowledge, including ledger and balance sheet reconciliation.
- SAP S/4HANA experience is an advantage.
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with tools such as Power Query or Power BI.
- Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.
