Description
As a Musketeer Scout, you will be the connector and face of Red Bull towards our direct customers and relationships in the field. You will be responsible for the presence and availability of Red Bull within your own customer portfolio/region, including Utrecht, part of Gelderland, and entire Overijssel.
Your focus will be on winning new customers within the channels @WORK (company canteens or caterers) and study. Once new customers are acquired, you will focus on building long-term relationships. You will ensure that the optimal mix of Red Bull products is present at your customers, using our product strategy.
You will also act as a Canbassador and indispensable consultant, easily building relationships, connecting people and opportunities, and moving within local networks, communities, and entrepreneur circles. You will be proactive, listen carefully, and offer suitable solutions to the challenges entrepreneurs face.
Additionally, you will be responsible for reporting, KPIs, and analysis. You will administer all sales, know which targets you want to achieve, and provide insight into customer potential.
Requirements:
- Completed HBO and/or WO education
- 0-4 years of work experience in Sales and/or Marketing
- Entrepreneurial character and excellent networking skills
- Experience in commercial functions and plenty of energy
- Comfortable with freedom and responsibility, and able to switch quickly in the field
- Able to record data and maintain an overview of your activities
- Driver's license (B) and living in Utrecht (preferred), Amersfoort, or Apeldoorn
- Fluent in Dutch and English
