Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at our Hutto location. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to develop and implement treatment plans to help them recover from injuries or manage chronic conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments and evaluations of patients to identify their needs and goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' needs and goals.
• Provide hands-on therapy to patients, including exercises, stretches, and manual therapy techniques.
• Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and treatment plans.
