Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to help them recover from injuries or illnesses. You will develop and implement treatment plans, conduct evaluations, and provide education to patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations to assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
• Implement treatment plans, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure effective care
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and treatment plans

Requirements:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree
• Current licensure to practice physical therapy in Illinois
• Ability to work effectively with patients and families
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with patients with similar conditions or populations
• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
