Senior Counsel, Employment

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Counsel, Employment to advise on employment law issues affecting its global workforce. The successful candidate will have experience supporting employment law issues in a multi-jurisdictional environment, preferably in a high-growth, technology environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day legal advice and support on U.S. and global employment law matters
• Support and help manage the company's litigation and pre-litigation matters
• Provide timely, business-focused advice and counseling in support of CoreWeave's workforce strategies and policies
• Rapidly build trusted and inclusive partnerships with the People team
• Review, interpret, draft, and update company policies and procedures
• Monitor legislation, regulations, case law, and government enforcement activities
• Help build a robust corporate compliance program
• Conduct legal research on U.S. and international employment law issues
• Work collaboratively to prioritize business objectives and support overall company success
• Support the management of outside counsel

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant employment law and litigation experience
• Experience supporting employment matters in a multi-jurisdictional environment
• Demonstrated litigation experience
• Strong foundational knowledge of employment law
• Ability to independently handle routine and moderately complex employment law matters
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Excellent drafting, written, verbal communication, legal interpretation, and research skills
