Description
We are seeking a motivated team player to assist in all phases of the Partnership Services Department. The Partnership Services Associate will be responsible for co-managing the fulfillment process of partnership assets and corporate hospitality assets, managing their own book of business, building strong customer relationships, and supporting the management of event signage inventory and activation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Co-managing the fulfillment process of partnership assets and corporate hospitality assets
- Managing own book of business of suite and hospitality clients during all major events
- Building strong customer relationships and looking for additional growth opportunities among partners
- Managing details of partner activation, including inventory layouts, Event and Hospitality Guides & Partner Communications
- Supporting the management of event signage inventory, placement, and activation
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. They will also be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work long and flexible hours, including all major event weekends and evenings.
