Construction Superintendent - Electrical

You will oversee electrical contractors and crews building electrical infrastructure for xAI's Memphis Data Center, including underground duct banks, high-voltage and medium-voltage systems, power distribution, grounding, lighting, and process power for mission-critical facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate electrical installations
• Manage and schedule electrical contractors, subcontractors, and on-site crews
• Ensure contractors adhere to electrical scope and quality standards
• Monitor daily progress and maintain detailed logs
• Develop and enforce construction schedules
• Champion and enforce xAI's safety program
• Supervise foremen and electrical crews
• Resolve on-site challenges
• Conduct regular site inspections
• Prepare and present progress reports

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years managing electrical construction teams
• 3+ years of direct hands-on experience in electrical installations
• High school diploma or equivalency certificate

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Postsecondary diploma or degree in construction management or related field
• Experience with construction management software
• Familiarity with Memphis-area building codes and electrical regulations
• Strong understanding of data center electrical specifications
