Description
We're looking for a Research Engineer to join our team at Porsche. As a Research Engineer, you will be responsible for researching digital twins of vehicle testing, modeling hydraulic and mechanical systems, and developing simulation models. You will also be working on implementing frameworks for digital twins and integrating test stand models into the framework.
Your tasks will include:
- Researching digital twins of vehicle testing
- Modeling hydraulic and mechanical systems
- Developing simulation models
- Implementing frameworks for digital twins
- Integrating test stand models into the framework
- Developing control systems for test stands in digital twins
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or mechatronics. You should also have experience with programming languages such as Python or C/C++. Additionally, you should have knowledge of Git, MATLAB/Simulink, and experience with simulation software.
