Description
In this role, you will be responsible for managing key accounts in the automotive industry, including agricultural and construction machinery segments. You will develop existing customer relationships strategically and identify growth opportunities to expand our business fields. You will leverage your industry knowledge and market expertise to identify relevant decision-makers, position our portfolio successfully with customers, and coordinate between customers and internal teams to meet customer requirements and project implementation.
You will generate new business by expanding and maintaining our customer network and identifying new application and project potential with customers. Your experience and expertise will be actively brought into the team, supporting the long-term success of the sales team.
To be successful in this role, you will need a strong understanding of the automotive industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will also need to be proficient in German and English, both in writing and speaking.
The successful candidate will have a degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or technical economics, and several years of experience in technical sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the automotive industry.
As a key account manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and identifying new business opportunities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of customer projects.

The minimum salary for this role is €86,415.84 per year, based on the collective agreement of the automotive industry. The actual salary will be based on your qualifications and experience and may be higher than the minimum salary.
