Description
As a Director Responsible Gameplay at Aristocrat, you will be at the forefront of our global initiative to empower safer play across all our business units. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our games not only entertain millions but also adhere to the highest standards of responsible gaming.
Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in carrying out the Empowering Safer Play (ESP) strategy, commitments, and leadership ambitions for the company behind Aristocrat's Group as a vital component of the global RG team. You will help nurture a dynamic culture and support the ESP commitments and leadership aspirations within the Aristocrat division, serving as a crucial part of the team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serving as the main point of contact related to organisational needs, offering sound advice and considered challenge.
- Supporting the build and execution of ESP initiatives across Aristocrat Gaming, Aristocrat Interactive, and Product Madness.
- Translating Group ESP strategy, policies, and standards into clear, actionable business-specific plans.
- Leading or supporting ESP workstreams across product, technology, marketing, customer support, and operations, ensuring alignment and effective delivery.
In addition, you will provide ESP advice on product features, game mechanics, marketing, and player communications, working closely with legal, compliance, and commercial teams. You will also support ESP risk assessments, gap analyses, and remediation activities where required.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of responsible gaming and player protection principles, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to work effectively in a global operating environment, across teams and cultures, with some flexibility with time zones.
