We are looking for a Senior Partner Enablement Manager who will excel within a specialized Dual-Function Model, operating seamlessly as a strategic consultant, master facilitator, and hands-on designer. In this role, you will be the dedicated enablement resource for our partner organization.
As a Senior Partner Enablement Manager, you will drive tangible revenue growth by improving attach and conversion rates for partner-led deals. You will fully integrate the partner motion into enablement narratives, ensuring Twilio GTM understands a unified 'better together' message. You will bridge the gap between complex product offerings and partner revenue generation, ensuring our GTM teams fully understand how to leverage our Partner ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Be the Enablement Business Partner: Act as the primary point of contact for the Global Partnerships Team. Align enablement strategies directly with regional partner revenue goals and pipeline needs.
- Partner Ecosystem End-to-End Instructional Design: Architect, build, and maintain high-quality enablement content tailored specifically about the Twilio partner motion.
- Master Facilitation: Lead dynamic virtual and in-person training sessions, workshops, and bootcamps for the Twilio GTM Team.
- Partnership & Peer Collaboration: Navigate a matrixed environment with ease. Collaborate with the Partnerships organizations, Product, GTM Sales Enablement, Partnerships, and Product teams.
- Impact Measurement: Track, analyze, and report on enablement metrics.
- Strategic Roadmap Alignment: Partner with executive stakeholders to plan, prioritize, and execute an enablement roadmap aligned with the global partnership growth initiatives and revenue goals.
- GTM Narrative Integration: Consult with partner leadership and cross-functional teams to embed a unified, 'better together' partner narrative across the broader Twilio GTM motion.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Partner/Channel Enablement, or Instructional Design within the SaaS, Cloud, or CPaaS industries.
- The 'Partner' Mindset: A deep understanding of channel ecosystems, partner personas, and how to motivate a non-employee sales force.
- Instructional Design Mastery: Proven experience building modern learning curricula using tools like Articulate Storyline/Rise, Camtasia, and modern Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Facilitation Flair: Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage a diverse global audience.
- Influence & Stakeholder Management: Ability to build trust rapidly with VP-level executives and cross-functional teams.
Location: This role will be remote, but is not eligible to be hired in CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA.
Travel: Approximately 25% travel is anticipated.
Compensation:
- The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:
- Based in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Vermont, or Washington D.C.: $116,960.00 - $146,200.00
- Based in New York, New Jersey, Washington State, or California (outside of the San Francisco Bay area): $123,760.00 - $154,700.00
- Based in the San Francisco Bay area, California: $137,520.00 - $171,900.00
