Junior Cook - Football

We are seeking a Junior Cook to join our football team in Atibaia, São Paulo.

As a Junior Cook, you will be responsible for preparing food according to the guidelines of the cooks, setting up displays, serving meals in the cafeteria, controlling internal processes, cleaning and organizing work areas, and following specific internal procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Organize work areas according to menu plans and checklists
• Prepare food and beverages according to technical sheets and internal norms
• Follow technical sheets of recipes under the supervision of cooks and sous chefs
• Clean and organize kitchens according to internal norms and procedures
• Control production of proteins, side dishes, and general food
• Coordinate kitchen team in the absence of cooks

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as an Auxiliary Cook
• Knowledge of routines and controls
• Experience with buffet, à la carte, and Brazilian and international cuisine preparations
• Good personal relationships and communication skills
• Flexibility with schedules and availability
• Good presentation and posture
• Conflict resolution skills
• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma
