Requirements:

• Completed vocational training in an automobile dealership
• Ideally, completed certification as a service advisor
• Experience as a service advisor
• Professional and binding appearance towards customers
• Customer orientation and pronounced service thinking to ensure high service quality
• Sound technical and business knowledge
• Willingness to learn
