We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at Encompass Health, a growing national inpatient rehabilitation leader. As a Physical Therapist, you will provide exceptional care and support to our patients, helping them achieve remarkable progress on their rehabilitation journey.

Job Details

• Compensation range: $41.00 - $57.69 per hour
• $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time positions

Responsibilities

• Provide direct inpatient care to patients in need of physical therapy
• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns
• Build meaningful relationships with patients by taking the time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their recovery
• Celebrate every victory along the way

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations
• CPR certification
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree plus sufficient experience in the field
