As a Director of Engineering, you will:
- Lead the execution of Battlefield QV's AI Transformation strategy, translating vision into measurable business and product outcomes.
- Champion innovation and continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to modernize workflows, tooling, and operating models.
- Accelerate the adoption of AI-enabled solutions that improve quality, efficiency, scalability, and developer productivity.
You will be responsible for planning, execution, governance, communication, and reporting across the Battlefield QV AI Transformation portfolio. You will drive alignment across multiple teams and disciplines to ensure successful delivery of strategic objectives.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience leading the delivery of large-scale software engineering or technology transformation initiatives within digital entertainment, technology, or related industries. They will have a proven track record driving AI adoption and integrating AI-powered workflows into engineering, development, or operational practices.
