Managing Professional IT Operations

We are seeking a Managing Professional in IT Operations to join our team. As a key player in our IT Operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless, high-performance, and service-oriented IT operations. You will have a mix of operational service tasks and exciting IT projects where you can contribute your ideas and implement them.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch IT support as a central contact point for our employees, addressing questions on IT devices, standard applications, and ERP systems.
• Ensure smooth digital onboarding for new employees and promote digital competencies within the company.
• Develop and implement IT service tools, drive digitalization initiatives, and lead innovation projects.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of end devices, from planning to configuration and distribution.
• Maintain our IT infrastructure at the headquarters in Stuttgart and ensure stable IT operations across European locations.
• Coordinate with international locations, external IT service providers, and Porsche AG's IT services to ensure high service quality.
• Support the operation and administration of end devices, such as Windows clients, macOS devices, and iOS/iPadOS devices.
• Continuously design and optimize IT service processes, IT infrastructure, support concepts, and media technology.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in IT service management in a modern service company, technology consulting, or the tech/IT environment.
• Experience in project management and IT service management processes (ITIL), with in-depth knowledge of device management, preferably with Microsoft Intune.
• Strong customer and service orientation, with excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German.
• Ability to work independently, structured, and professionally, with a hands-on mentality.
