As a Musketeer, you will act as a brand ambassador within the hotel ecosystem. Your mission is to represent Red Bull within the hotel universe, building strategic relationships with key properties, ensuring the brand's availability, visibility, and premium execution at all points of consumption, and driving continuous volume growth by positioning Red Bull as the beverage of choice in the Hospitality channel.
Your responsibilities will include:
Expanding the 'Red Bull on Premise Culture' by building and nurturing relationships with hotel staff, such as concierges, bar managers, and beverage directors. Representing the brand with professionalism and deep understanding of the hospitality environment. Delivering on-premise knowledge adapted to each consumption point inside the hotel. Permanent teamwork with other Musketeers and communication with your Regional Manager. Developing relative industry relationships with key hospitality stakeholders, F&B leaders, concierge managers, and event/wedding planners. Negotiating and executing premium presence and added-value elements. Identifying and executing creative experiential opportunities. Growing and protecting on-premise accounts in your related region. Analyzing the territory and account-specific business to find opportunities and drive distribution. Correctly positioning the Red Bull brand and product portfolio in the territory. Setting volume goals with each account, including execution against Red Bull KPIs. Managing local on-premise budgets and tracking of all marketing tools. Observing and reporting on competitor activities. Identifying hotel openings and strategic opportunities. Implementing the on-premise strategy for Hospitality. Maintaining and utilizing marketing tools to drive vertical growth. Engaging and differentiating the brand through innovative support.
Key priorities include securing the fulfillment of all international and national on-premise guidelines and executing standards to reach vertical growth in customers.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a university degree, preferably with 2+ years of experience in a sales position with a strong track record of success. You must also be proficient in EDV tools, assertive in communication, and able to manage high-level relationships. Negotiation skills, objection handling, and a basic understanding of commercial indicators are also essential. Proficiency in digital tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM, is required. Intermediate or advanced English is necessary, and a valid driver's license is required. Direct experience in the beverage industry or hospitality channel is desirable.
