Description
As a Senior Consultant HR Transformation, you will play a key role in advancing our projects and are responsible for the successful implementation of innovative solutions.
Your tasks will include process mapping and optimization, workshops, fit-gap analysis, and swimlane process modeling, as well as designing HR roles and structures, capacity planning, organizational analysis, and optimizing HR operating models and interactions.
You will also be involved in HR system and service landscape mapping, maturity assessment, strategy and roadmap development, and vendor evaluation, as well as workforce planning, people analytics, KPI definition, data flow analysis, and HR data architecture design.
To be well-prepared for this role, you should have a completed degree and at least 2-3 years of professional experience in HR or HR IT, ideally within a consulting environment.
You should have passion for end-to-end, integrated HR processes as well as new technologies and digitalization, and expertise in process management as well as with Miro, Signavio, Excel or Visio.
A working style characterized by confident presence as a trusted advisor and representative for clients and internal teams is essential.
