Senior Product Test Engineer

We are looking for a creative and experienced Product Test Engineer to join our team. As a Product Test Engineer, you will be responsible for writing automated test programs for advanced GPUs and SoCs. You will work closely with local and overseas product engineering and wafer foundry teams to implement new test methodologies and ensure the delivery of high-quality and high-performance chips to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiative and bring-up wafer sort ATE program during new product introduction, and ramp up for mass production.
• New probing technology and methodology deployment, including machine learning for artificial intelligence models, high-bandwidth test fixtures for 3D IC support.
• Engage in on-site work with team collaboration, communication, and drive the ATE/probing HW vendor/supplier on the right strategy to improve performance, quality, and reliability.
• Build up statistical tools or perform data analysis for gap and root cause analysis.
• Build up statistical widgets or perform data analysis for gap analysis and problem-solving.
• Create productivity script tools for test automation, machine learning, and production efficiency.
• Support inline debugging and troubleshooting for the resolution of production line issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in EE or CS-related fields.
• 5 years or above of Advantest 93K (or Teradyne Uflex) experience at test houses, ATE vendors, either written wafer sort programs or production sustaining.
• Knowledge of compute languages in either C++/C or VB, Perl, Python is preferred.
• Good command of oral and written English.
• Good communication skills in collaboration team work.
