You will work at the center of Silicon Lifecycle Management IP development, architecting AI-driven CAD systems using Synopsys' global Agentic AI platform.

What You'll Be Doing
- Architect and define the next generation of AI-powered CAD infrastructure for Silicon Lifecycle Management IP development, integrating autonomous agents into core design and verification workflows
- Deploy and operationalize Synopsys' global Agentic AI platform directly into the SLM IP development loop, building orchestration layers that connect LLMs, agents, and EDA toolchains
- Design multi-agent workflows that automate IP design tasks, verification loops, and lifecycle analytics, turning manual bottlenecks into autonomous, scalable processes
- Partner with IP design teams, CAD engineers, and global AI platform teams to align architecture with real engineering needs and deployment constraints
- Build and maintain the infrastructure layer that connects silicon design phases with AI-driven automation, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability across the full IP lifecycle
- Prototype, test, and validate new AI-CAD integrations in live development environments, iterating based on feedback from design teams and measurable workflow improvements
- Drive technical strategy and roadmap for AI-augmented CAD systems within SLM, translating emerging AI capabilities into concrete engineering solutions

What You'll Need
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, VLSI, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of hands-on experience developing and deploying advanced CAD flows and infrastructure in silicon design environments
- Proven experience implementing Agentic AI frameworks, LLM orchestrations, or autonomous software agent systems in production settings
- Deep technical understanding of silicon design phases, particularly IP development, verification, and lifecycle management workflows
- Mastery of Python and C++ for building production-grade infrastructure, plus strong proficiency in EDA scripting languages like Tcl, Perl, and Shell
- Track record of architecting scalable systems that bridge EDA toolchains and modern software platforms, with real deployment outcomes you can point to
- Experience with Silicon Lifecycle Management concepts such as in-chip sensing, telemetry, and analytics is a strong plus
