We are looking for a Business Operations Analyst II to join our team. As a Business Operations Analyst II, you will be responsible for generating and providing data for one-time or recurring requests for reports or analysis, communicating available data and delivery date. You will also extract from master system and manipulate data as request by leaders, format data for business use in Excel, Power BI, or SQL, and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports accurately and on schedule.
Responsibilities

- Format data for business use in Excel, Power BI, or SQL
- Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports accurately and on schedule.
- Manage employee rosters
- Provide business updates, data analysis, and basic technical assistance to support overall strategic, business and operational planning, performance measurement, monitoring and reporting.
- Create PPT presentations
- Acquire and apply foundational knowledge of the business
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Business Operations, Data and/or Information management, Project Management support / Lean / six sigma (or similar)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in a business related field
- Fluency in English
- Insurance background (nice to have)
- Advanced Excel, SQL and Power BI
