Description
You'll join Spotify's Global Government Affairs and Public Policy team, based in Washington, DC. This team works closely with policymakers, regulators, and industry partners to help shape policy conversations that impact creators, users, and the broader digital ecosystem.
In this role, you'll act as a key operational partner to senior leadership,helping drive coordination, communication, and execution across a fast-moving and highly visible environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing complex, fast-moving calendars across multiple time zones, ensuring leaders are focused on high-priority government and policy engagements Building high-quality presentations and briefing materials for internal leadership, policymakers, and external stakeholders Preparing leaders for meetings by developing agendas, compiling background materials, and ensuring alignment on key messages Coordinating policy meetings, stakeholder engagements, and internal briefings with strong attention to detail Supporting logistics for external engagements and events in Washington, DC, including coordination with venues, security, and cross-functional partners Supporting inbox and communications management, prioritizing time-sensitive requests and drafting responses when needed Tracking key policy priorities, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring follow-through across multiple workstreams Arranging business travel, including detailed itineraries for policy-related engagements Managing expense reporting and ensuring compliance with internal policies Taking on operational projects that improve team efficiency, including workflow optimization and documentation Serving as a reliable point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, representing Spotify with professionalism and care
