Description

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee the entire production process in our fat and oil manufacturing facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our products, as well as implementing new processes and technologies to improve efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:

  • Organise and manage the production process, including planning, execution, and control of production schedules
  • Lead and motivate production staff, providing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, as well as regulatory requirements
  • Plan and control material and resource phase (raw materials, auxiliary materials, operating materials)
  • Develop, optimise, and implement new procedures and technologies in production
  • Analyse and optimise production processes and products
  • Create production plans and reports, including relevant key performance indicators
  • Collaborate and coordinate with other departments (quality assurance, technology, purchasing, sales, shipping)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g. process engineering, chemical engineering) or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of experience in production, preferably in the fat and oil manufacturing industry or related fields
  • Strong knowledge of production planning, process optimisation, and quality management
  • Experience in leading teams and managing employees
  • Analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and ability to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Office
  • Experience in continuous improvement processes (CIP) and lean methods (e.g. 6S, GEMBA)
