The Staff Recruiter will partner with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR business partners to set and drive strategy, goals, process for their searches. The Staff Recruiter will also support all aspects of the search process ranging from preparation for client meetings, including market research and drafting specifications; developing search strategies; identifying, researching, and contacting prospective candidates; creating status reports and candidate assessments and leading weekly status calls on search progress.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the research effort in partnership with our sourcers to map our markets and generate candidate names and target profiles for a high volume of searches
- Create robust search strategies that will attract the best and brightest candidates while ensuring our commitment to diversifying our global workforce
- Calibrate and fine-tune candidate profiles with hiring managers
- Gain trust of prospective candidates and develop them into active candidates
- Uphold DB’s hiring bar through rigorous screening, assessment, and reference checks
- Continually contribute to the knowledge base of the group by providing education on industries and market conditions
- Proactively build out talent networks across diverse functions/industries and tap knowledgeable industry sources to help develop a competitive advantage
- Lead client update meetings and leverage data to advance search progress
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a highly professional business environment
- 6+ years of Recruiting experience Recruiting for Corporate profiles from entry level to VP level candidates
- Proven track record of being scrappy and able to fulfill the searches in a timely manner
- Highly developed conceptual skills - able to synthesize information quickly, understand various industries and functions, and be able to present material in an organized, concise, and clear manner
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to effectively prioritize projects and deliverables
- Experience managing a demanding workload, balancing multiple tasks, and switching gears while maintaining priorities
- Ability to work with a number of constituencies on simultaneous projects
- Personal and business maturity that leads to confident and rational business decisions
- Demonstrable initiative and resourcefulness
- Ability to develop well-planned strategies and achieve goals within tight timelines
- Experience using technology competently in a business setting

The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents the expected salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location.
The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
