Description
NVIDIA is seeking a Circuit Design Engineer for Standard Cell Characterization. As a Circuit Design Engineer, you will work on cutting-edge processor design in deep submicron technologies, focusing on standard cell library design and characterization.
Responsibilities:
- Work on transistor-level circuit design, modeling, and performance analysis for deep submicron technologies and standard cell libraries.
- Develop and support tools using Perl and Python.
- Create new simulations for timing, power, noise, and OCV evaluations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on library issues and improve quality checks.
Requirements:
- Recent MS graduate in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Background in deep submicron process issues.
- Understanding of standard cell library design, verification, and characterization.
- Familiarity with Liberty models and digital implementation flows.
- Experience with SPICE simulation and scripting languages like Perl, Tcl, and Make.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and analytical skills.
