Striker - Store Activator - Calabria

As a Striker within the Sales team at Red Bull, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with retail accounts in specific geographical areas.

Your main goal will be to achieve all elements of the Red Bull Perfect Store, including availability, visibility, and additional placements of Red Bull products to maximize sales.

Key responsibilities include:

• Effective coverage of all agreed outlets at optimum frequencies in a cost-effective manner, managing and developing your designated area
• Maintaining and growing Perfect Store standards, focusing on availability, visibility, placements, and messaging
• Building quality relationships with store stakeholders through effective communication and influencing decision-makers with compelling insights and commercial proposals
• Managing store-level orders to enable Red Bull range availability and ensuring fair stock levels to secure proper range availability and visibility
• Securing and improving the agreed in-store presence of Red Bull, placing POS material correctly, and ensuring agreed promotions are in place and running from the first day
• Measuring, tracking, and auditing key in-store metrics using specific digital tools and completing all necessary administrative tasks accurately and on time

Requirements:

• Growth mindset and proactive approach
• Ability to manage and cultivate good relationships
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, mainly with ethnic point-of-sale accounts
• English language knowledge
• Comfortable working autonomously in a field-based environment
• Experience in FMCG is a plus
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Valid driving license
