Physical Therapist

Join our team as a Physical Therapist at ATI Physical Therapy. As a Physical Therapist, you will work in an outpatient rehab setting, providing high-quality care to patients. You will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients to determine their physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement interventions to achieve optimal patient outcomes, including exercises, modalities, and education
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans

Requirements:

• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Illinois
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
