Physical Therapist

Sanford Health, the largest rural health system in the United States, is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in transforming the health care experience and providing access to world-class health care in America's heartland.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering physical therapy programs to help clients/patients/residents recover and improve their mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and prevent deformities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting examinations, evaluations, and interventions for clients/patients/residents affected by injury or disease
• Utilizing tools and techniques to administer physical therapy interventions following safeguards
• Documenting client/patient/resident information for evaluation and establishing therapeutic plans
• Educating clients/patients/residents and their family members about treatment plans/schedules and self-exercises to be continued at home
• Demonstrating knowledge of current research into daily treatment of clients/patients/residents

Requirements:

• Appropriate education level required in accordance with state licensure
• Must be licensed in the state(s) of practice as a Physical Therapist
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for health care providers required or within the first 60 days of employment

We offer a competitive salary range of $35.50 - $52.00 per hour.
