We are currently recruiting for a Net Revenue Executive to support the NRM Controller in identifying the optimum way to drive net sales growth. As a Net Revenue Executive, you will create and own insights to support thought leadership throughout the business, and partner with the Grocery Sales Teams, field sales team, finance and HQ teams to ensure execution.
This role supports a highly visible team with a UK-wide remit, working with senior stakeholders including the UK leadership team and Global Sales team at Red Bull HQ.
Responsibilities:
- Become a strategically important element of each grocery business unit, contributing and challenging to drive each individual business.
- Ensure implementation, evaluation, and evolution of promotional strategy using promotional evaluation tool.
- Create and distribute industry-leading performance insight, forming the bedrock for business planning and thought leadership across accounts.
- Own the insight and reporting on the central investment fund, being the go-to person on the latest position and forecasting future opportunities.
- Create and maintain the central library for all accounts in the business, including base and promotional pricing.
- Support the end-to-end ownership of cost price increase and business planning, including pricing studies, coordinating the strategy, and owning the implementation.
- Shape Joint Business Plans, recording for all accounts internally, challenging the implementation and conditionality of JBPs with a focus on reconciliation.
- Become an expert in category, consumer, and customer for your channel and Red Bull, making commercial decisions based on insight both sought and made available.
Requirements:

- Ability to engage stakeholders in the business in making change and driving action.
- Computer skills – Strong ability to use Excel preferable but not essential.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
- NAM/NAE/Revenue management experience is ideal, but not essential.
- Ambition - Proactive / self-driven / anticipating and seeing problems as challenges.
