We are seeking a Beauty Expert to join our team in Covent Garden. As a Beauty Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our products to customers. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide product knowledge to customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and promoting our products to customers
- Working closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Providing product knowledge to customers
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date with new products and trends
Requirements:
- Ideally an NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy
- Experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPI's
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build lasting emotional connections with customers
