Musketeer North/ Sendai（オンプレミス営業）

We are seeking a Musketeer North/ Sendai（オンプレミス営業） to join our team in Sendai, Japan.

As a Musketeer, you will be part of Red Bull's on-premise business team, responsible for expanding our presence in bars, nightclubs, events, entertainment, hospitality, and amusement scenes.

Your main goals will be:

• Building and strengthening relationships with business partners and stakeholders
• Promoting Red Bull's brand and products within the on-premise scene
• Developing and executing strategies to increase sales and market share
• Providing consulting-style sales support to customers to maximize their sales

Requirements:

• Ordinary automobile driver's license
• At least 2 years of corporate sales experience (FMCG, food and beverage industry, or wholesale experience is welcome)
• Knowledge of on-premise business is a plus
• Familiarity with the Sendai area and surrounding regions
• Sensitivity to street, nightlife, and latest event scenes
• Flexible communication skills
• Self-awareness and self-branding skills
• Listening and negotiation skills
• Self-starter mentality
