Your mission:

• Deputy workshop management: You will support the workshop manager operationally and be responsible for personnel deployment and training planning. Through regular meetings, you will keep the team on track for success.
• Capacity management: You will plan workshop capacities in advance and ensure optimal workshop utilisation.
• Quality assurance and final inspection: You are the last point of contact. Through meticulous final inspections, you guarantee the quality, completeness, and cleanliness of every activity carried out in accordance with strict Porsche guidelines.
• Process optimisation: You continuously optimise workshop processes to ensure smooth repair operations and maintain order and cleanliness according to manufacturer specifications.
• Order invoicing: You are responsible for efficient and timely billing of workshop orders and act as an interface to administration.

Requirements:

• You are a master motor vehicle technician or a state-certified motor vehicle engineer and have a deep understanding of modern vehicle technology.
• Ideally, you have experience within the VAG group or directly with the Porsche brand, as well as an eye for process details.
• A high sense of responsibility, assertiveness, and pronounced customer orientation characterise you.
