Senior Software QA Engineer

Joining Razer will place you on a global mission to revolutionize the way the world games. As a Senior Software QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our Android and iOS platform mobile apps. This includes participating in requirement reviews, designing and executing test plans and strategies, and collaborating with developers to resolve defects.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and executing test cases to ensure functionality, compatibility, performance, stability, security, and user experience.
• Utilizing automation testing tools and frameworks to design and maintain UI automation test scripts, improving regression testing efficiency.
• Identifying and tracking defects, collaborating with developers to quickly locate problem roots, and driving issue resolution.
• Participating in agile development processes, ensuring testing activities align with development progress, and ensuring high-quality product releases.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, with at least 3 years of mobile app testing experience.
• Proficiency in Android and iOS platform features, testing points, release processes, and common debugging tools.
• Familiarity with at least one mainstream mobile-end automation testing framework, such as Appium or Airtest, with practical scripting experience.
• Basic knowledge of performance testing methods and ability to use tools to monitor and analyze app memory, CPU, and power consumption.
• Familiarity with common packet capture tools and ability to perform interface testing; understanding of client-side basics and ability to read logs to identify issues.
• Clear and rigorous logical thinking, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and high sensitivity to product quality.
• Excellent communication skills and strong sense of responsibility, with ability to work actively and manage pressure.
• Good document writing habits, with ability to clearly write test plans, use cases, and reports.
• Good English document reading ability.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Experience with continuous integration, familiarity with integrating mobile-end automation testing on Jenkins or GitLab CI platforms.
• Experience with large or well-known internet companies' mobile app testing.
• Excellent English listening and speaking ability.
