F&S COE Analyst

Stripe is seeking a Finance & Strategy (F&S) COE Analyst to join its growing team in Bengaluru. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering thoughtful analysis to inform key business decisions through simplification and automation of key financial planning processes.

The F&S team at Stripe acts as strategic business partners to the company's leaders, providing clear insights that simplify the complexity of the business and drive key operating forums to enable effective decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Support and influence key strategic and business decisions using your financial background
• Design and provide analytical rigor to measure efficiency and ROI of investments in headcount and non-headcount expenses
• Drive reporting, process, and discipline for finance routines to shape and influence decision-making
• Build and own models for in-depth analyses, ensuring their quality, timeliness, and accuracy
• Define metrics and leading indicators of business performance
• Partner with Data Science teams to develop reporting dashboards
• Drive continuous process improvement, standardization, simplification, and reporting enhancements

Requirements:

• 4+ years of relevant experience in strategic finance or FP&A
• A keen analytical eye and experience building integrated models from scratch
• Experience driving and executing finance processes
• Proven ability to build strong collaborative working relationships with business partners
• Ability to maintain high performance under tight timelines and a 'roll up your sleeves' mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong knowledge of gSuite tools, Salesforce, and MS-Office products

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working at a high-growth technology or financial services company
• Oracle, Anaplan, Tableau, or other equivalent application experience
• Experience with SQL or a willingness to learn
• Experience in data visualization and dashboarding
