Product Manager, Omni

We are looking for a Product Manager to own the full Omni experience, from the build loop to the intelligence layer. You will be responsible for making Omni the best way for business users to build and operate AI-powered apps and workflows.

As a Product Manager, you will:

• Own the end-to-end Omni experience, from the moment a user describes what they need, through app creation, workflow configuration, and ongoing iteration.
• Push the frontier of what Omni can do, partnering closely with engineering to evolve Omni's agent architecture and define how it reasons about and executes multi-step plans.
• Make app building dramatically better, raising the quality ceiling on what Omni can build: richer interfaces, more sophisticated automations, better data modeling.
• Make it easy to start from real data, owning the experience of going from 'here's what I have' to 'here's a working app'.
• Define and drive adoption metrics, establishing north star metrics for Omni and using them to drive roadmap prioritization.

Requirements:

• Experience shipping AI agent or copilot products, with a track record of building products where an LLM reasons, plans, and takes action.
• 8+ years of product management experience, with a deep understanding of AI technical fluency and strong product taste for AI-native building experiences.
• A builder mindset, with the ability to use AI tools to build and prototype, and to evaluate Omni's quality by using it and competitors.
• Comfort with ambiguity and architectural decisions, with the ability to define success metrics for inherently fuzzy AI outcomes and build measurement frameworks.

Compensation:

• Compensation awarded to successful candidates will vary based on their work location, relevant skills, and experience.
• Total compensation package includes the opportunity to receive benefits, restricted stock units, and may include incentive compensation.
• Base salary range for this role is $240,000-$339,900 USD, depending on location and experience.
