We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at ATI Physical Therapy in Moncks Corner, SC. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with various physical conditions, providing them with personalized care and rehabilitation plans.
Responsibilities: Assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans Conduct physical therapy sessions, including exercises, stretches, and manual therapy techniques Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans
