Senior Game Designer - Legends (Apex Legends)

We're seeking a Senior Game Designer for Apex Legends to create innovative new characters. You'll work from early prototype through release, collaborating with other disciplines, and ensuring high-quality releases.

Responsibilities:

• Develop character concepts with cross-functional teams
• Create playable prototypes using existing assets
• Oversee character production, including tuning and polishing
• Communicate character vision to collaborators
• Ensure high-quality releases through bug fixing and balancing
• Collaborate with designers to improve multiple aspects of Apex
• Frequently playtest and provide feedback

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience as a game designer on a multiplayer game
• Experience in rapid prototyping and iterative design
• Understanding of game feel and polish
• Solid technical understanding of scripting and 3D action game fundamentals
• Strong track record in design and balance
• Experience playing and analyzing live games
