Description
We're seeking a patient-focused Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist at Team Rehab, you'll evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with the ultimate goal of having them recover from injuries, manage pain, and regain mobility. You'll create measurable, functional goals and adjust plans of care as patients progress. You'll also educate patients on treatment options, home exercises, and strategies to prevent re-injury.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with a team of experienced clinicians and access to 50+ free in-house CEU courses. You'll also receive paid mentorship with weekly one-on-one mentoring with an experienced PT for your first 3 months, as well as $1,500 per year for continuing education or student loan repayment.
Additional responsibilities include supervising and guiding Techs during patient care setup and cleanup, using evidence-based pain management techniques to improve function, determining discharge timelines and providing patients with strategies for long-term success, and documenting evaluations, progress notes, and discharges accurately and on time.
